First of all, it must be determined whether it is really an allergic reaction. You can recognize allergic symptoms in eyelash extensions as follows:

• dryness of the mucous membrane
• Pink sclera (eye white)
• Redness, swelling, itching in the eyelid area
• Allergic rhinitis (runny nose, sneezing)

Allergic cough Allergy symptoms appear immediately or within the first 24 hours after treatment. The appearance of unpleasant sensations on the second, third or later days are the consequences of incorrect treatment!

If all of the above points are correct, you can do the following:

• Recommend your customer to take an over-the-counter anti-allergy pill to reduce allergic reaction.
• Advise your client to use eye drops for the first 2 days after treatment, these can be purchased at the drug store.
• Do not remove the eyelash extensions immediately! If you remove the eyelash extensions during symptoms, the symptoms will worsen because the remover also contains chemicals.
• If the customer has trouble breathing, call a doctor immediately and remain calm until help arrives.

An allergic reaction usually stabilizes after 1-3 days, if the symptoms persist longer, the customer must consult a doctor.

No, our lashes are made from PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) or PET (polyethylene terephthalate). These fibers are well tolerated and have the advantage that they only absorb very little moisture, are colorfast and robust and look like real eyelashes. It can be used to create deep black or high-gloss drama lashes, but also natural-looking, semi-matt eyelash extensions.

Yes, our eyelash adhesives meet the highest safety standards and are legally registered cosmetic products. If you wish, we can send you the certification by email.

The use of a cleanser or primer depends on several factors:

• Condition of the natural lashes: What is the porosity of the customer's natural lashes? High, normal or low? Porosity is the condition of the cuticle of the hair.
• Type of environment: In summer we do not recommend using an alcohol-based primer, as this induces the drying time of the eyelash glue and therefore there is hardly any time to wrap the natural eyelashes properly during the treatment.
